If I unplug from the usb and reconnect again, it’s starts working again for a random time. Do you know if this device will work with any sort of software to troubleshoot?

If I plug the ethernet all the way in the light turns on for a second and then turns off. QLC calls it FT232R USB UART and says ‘Device is functioning properly’When i try to assign the device to a universe, I get the following message:When I connect the device to a Windows-pc with Freestyler, the green LED starts blinking as soon as I select the device.Hmm, haven’t tested the device on ubuntu yet, QLC should definitely support this device. However a signal is being transmitted and will continue without any issues, until I plug a wireless transmitter into the box. Apparently there is small “inconsistency” on the wiring instructions.
