The changing rooms are spacious, and the store was not too crowded. Our cooks, chefs, servers and baristas are passionate foodies who deliver the Nordstrom experience in a bowl, on a plate or in a cup at our in-store restaurants and coffee bars. Nordstrom stole my money and blamed it on porch thief.
They lost their delivery as well. Then questioned by the supervisor if in fact I actually cancelled the order. ordered a pair of jeans a month ago and I have yet to receive them, there hasn't been any available tracking information for 2 weeks now, customer service is horrible, I understand shipping is slower due to covid-19 but this is ridiculous, at least give me information so I know I'm going to receive the package at all, never ordering online from Nordstrom again. They are very much into violating federal, state and local laws. Cyber criminal, biased, sexist, racial inequality and discrimination narcissistic program against customers and employees. I only shop online. I have been a customer of this store since it opened in Stanford Shopping Center at least 30 years ago.

When you inquire (because I don’t expect you to believe me), management will tell you that it is reserved for “extreme cases“ where they feel that customers have not dealt with them fairly. My card was charged and I never received the package.

I think it's because like other customers in the same situation said, they are not doing well, so they are not refunding for certain returns and they cover themselves with "upon researching...blah blah blah we can't refund you' emails.

customer service agents have been 120% efficient, kind, 'can do' and positive! I am so upset and its just so unprofessional!
