Checked in late around 9pm tired and in a lot of pain with a very swollen ankle and there were kids running around with no masks on and the place had a weird smell, even through my mask. Never did any of they say hello or greet us in any way, except for one manager (the only manager we saw) on the last morning, during breakfast. One person serving at 9am - no seats, no pancake mix left, no syrup, no fruit, yogurts, eggs etc etc. The staff was super nice, the breakfast was the best of a lot of hotel stays I've had. I was disappointed for this being a Hampton Inn.Just before the start of statewide COVID-19 Lockdowns...We had necessary work in the area just as things were shutting down statewide, and the staff had already begun health and safety measures regarding cleaning, guest service and the all-important breakfast-- my stay was still very comfortable and relaxing.

I was worried there for a second. Fine. We left and went out to breakfast somewhere else. We could HEAR conversation in the the room nearby. I stayed at a couple of other Hilton brand hotels on our trip that at least gave us a brown bag of a breakfast, but not this location.

There are several restaurants and a local grocery store nearby.The environment was great, service was nice, the complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the rooms/restroom were very clean. They would yell across the hall every time we left our room the morning of check-out to see if we were checking out yet (so unprofessional).
